Why do I not see published products in my Etsy store?
Thank you for letting us know. Have you checked your Draft Listings? Once you publish from the AOP APP to Etsy, it will go to drafts first and from there you can publish to make it live in your Etsy store.

Are your prices in USD? What is your currency? 

The prices shown in the AOP APP is your store currency, but AOP charges your store in USD when we receive an order, we can only charge in USD, and the only currency we can use for now as we cater to customers globally we need to charge and use currency in general for the billing.

Do you offer a branding option? I want to put my store logo for branding.

What is your policy for refunds? Replacements? What if my customer does not like the order? What if they want to change the size from what they received?

Why is my tracking to the US sits in transit for a long time? US Tracking not working? No Update on tracking to the US.

When we create a label for US orders, it will come out as US address (which is our US facility), we send all our US orders there and hand it over right away to USPS.

Tracking update will only happen when the order reaches the US facility, it will show Pre-Shipment status when the order is in transit from here London to the US. Usually, orders reach the US in 1-2 weeks

I want to create a new design under the same product? I want to offer more designs for my store? 

You can go back to the Collections tab and upload your new design, name the collection, and publish them to your store. Each design will have one collection on each.

Do you have a minimum order required? Do you dropship? 

We are a print on demand drop shipping company. We do not have a minimum order required, we print per demand, we can accommodate per piece order or in bulk too, the same price goes to either.

Can you use dark fabrics for sublimation? Why is there only white for sublimation or all over print?
I am afraid we have only it on white, Sublimation is a dye process, therefore it is designed for white and light colors only which gives great print quality. 

Do you guys print all over cotton fabrics, not polyesters?
We have tried printing sublimation thru cotton, but the print quality is really not good. Also, the vibrancy of print is very low compared to poly. Sublimation needs a polyester surface indeed to bind the ink too and make the print last long and colors are good in the print, which is not possible for cotton fabrics I am afraid.

How can I create a new collection in my Shopify store? Since your app provides single listings how will put these listings in one collection?


Can we change the Variant name in the listings?

Yes, You may change the variant names to your choice as long as the SKU are not updated/edited.
