As we move into the new year, I wanted to take a moment to discuss an important update regarding our product prices and shipping rates.
The last year has presented many challenges for businesses worldwide, and we are no exception. In addition to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of Brexit, we have also felt the effects of the Ukrainian war, which has had a ripple effect on the cost of living and businesses globally.
As a result, we are now experiencing price inflation on multiple fronts, including materials, energy prices, rents, labour costs, and shipping rates. To ensure that we can continue to provide the quality of service and products you’ve come to expect from us, we have made the decision to adjust our prices and shipping rates, effective from Wednesday, February 22nd. Both our competitors and our suppliers have been raising their prices every three months, and we have not made any adjustments since the last full price increase in 2019. We understand that margin rates are important to everyone, and we want to assure you that we have worked hard to drive efficiencies on some of our product offerings and lower prices wherever possible.
I would also like to point out that we are not increasing prices for all products. There are a good number of products that will still be priced the same. Additionally, we have some good news to share – we have lowered our shipping prices for many EU countries.
We understand that these changes may be unwelcome news, but we believe they are necessary to reflect the price inflation we are currently experiencing. We aim to ensure these are the last changes we need to make in the first half of the year.
Please be assured that we remain committed to providing you with the best possible products and services. We will always focus on the quality of the print, adding more value to branding.
