We have some updates on product pricing and shipping pricing. As you all know, we do this at the beginning of every year.
PRODUCT PRICES
We had to make some adjustments to the prices of AOP+ products. Mainly on Cotton based products. Cotton prices just hit a 10-year high and our suppliers have increased their prices three times since last year. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/10/10/cotton-prices-hit-10-yr-high-what-it-means-for-retailers-and-shoppers.html On top of that we have inflation rates in the UK, price increase on energy, and impact of the Covid-19.

SHIPPING PRICES
Shipping prices are going down in certain products and countries. And most importantly, we are adding more countries to the Tracked Delivery List. Orders to EU countries including Germany and France and also Canada will leave us with tracking. So your customers can track pretty much everything (remember also based on the system in the destination country).
Tracking is becoming more important for our sellers and their buyers so we will try to add more countries to the list.
US - For 2022 we are removing surcharges from our shipping prices, and we are even dropping shipping prices for most of the items (i.e. Classic Adult Hoodie, Classic Adult Sweatshirt), and we still keep providing USPS tracked service for the US orders.
UK - We are not increasing shipping prices for the UK in 2022. We are even reducing the shipping prices of many products (e.g. Classic Adult sweatshirt and Classic Adult Hoodie) and we keep providing Tracked 48 service for the UK shipments. ** You might see the slight difference in the shipping price of Heavy Duty Doormat but we will send your heavy-duty doormats via FedEx UK express service this year!
EU - We are making some changes to our shipment profiles and for the EU countries. We will offer two different zones (two different prices) for shipments. We will split the EU into two different zones to lower prices for our new International TRACKED shipment solution. With our new Royal Mail International Tracked service, some shipping prices might go up, but now your customers will receive their orders faster! and they will be able to track the status of their order.

GERMANY - Shipments for Germany we are keeping prices same and we are going to offer Royal Mail International TRACKED service for all items. *Fully tracked on the Royal Mail website until the package enters the destination country. AU - We keep many shipping prices the same for Australian orders this year. Even after two years, you will still pay the same for the Classic Adult T-shirt shipment! *You might see slight differences for some of the other items. **Royal Mail Standard and Royal Mail Economy services will be used for Australian shipments.
CA - Shipping prices for Canada change slightly this year, but we are offering you Royal Mail International TRACKED service. ROW - Rest of World countries' shipping prices decreasing for many items in 2022 (ie Classic Adult Tshirt, Classic Adult Sweatshirt & Classic Adult Hoodie).
