ARTWORK PREPARATION

CREATING ARTWORKS


Using AOP AOP+ Production Files


You need to create separate files for the FRONT, BACK, RIGHT, and LEFT sleeve of the sweatshirt. 


On FRONT.PSD file


  • Place your artwork on the PREPARE ARTWORK HERE layer.




  • Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)

  • PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx. shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product. 

  • Place your essential design objects such as the main object, text, etc. in the SAFE AREA (RED LINE)

  • For the NECKBAND area, try not to use text or any tiny details. Use a generic solid background or texture to cover the whole area.



  • After positioning your artwork. Turn off the guides but do not turn off the Mask

  • Export and Save as PNG or Jpeg.





On BACK.PSD file

  • Place your artwork on the PREPARE ARTWORK HERE layer.



  • Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)

  • PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx. shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product. 

  • Place your essential design objects such as the main object, text, etc. in the SAFE AREA (RED LINE)



  • After positioning your artwork. Turn off the guides but do not turn off the Mask. 

  • Export and Save as PNG or Jpeg.




On SLEEVE.PSD (Right and Left Sleeve)

  • Place your artwork on the PREPARE ARTWORK HERE layer.

  • Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)

  • PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product. 

  • Place your essential design objects such as the main object, text, etc. in the SAFE AREA (RED LINE)

  • After positioning your artwork. Turn off the guides but do not turn off the Mask

  • Export and Save as PNG or Jpeg.




UPLOADING AND CREATING THE PRODUCT ON AOP+




  • Once the upload is done, you will see your collection in the list. 

  • Click on the collection you would like to edit. 



  • And upload each artwork file for the FRONT, BACK, RIGHT, and LEFT sleeve of the sweatshirt and make the adjustment



  • Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)

  • PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx. shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product. 

  • Make sure your artwork also covers the NECKBAND area too. 

  • You can review the placement on the Preview area > Front on the right-hand side of the Product Generator. 

  • Once it is done, click on the BACK tab and click to CHANGE IMAGE to upload artwork for the back panel. 

  • Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)

  • PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx. shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product. 

  • You can review the placement on the Preview area > Back on the right-hand side of the Product Generator. 

  • Once it is done, click on the Sleeve tab and click to CHANGE IMAGE to upload artwork for the sleeves.

  • You can review the placement on the Preview area > Front & Back on the right-hand side of the Product Generator. 


  • Review the size option on the Settings section. You can disable the sizes you are not willing to sell. 

  • In the description section, you can review/edit the description and title.

  • Check the Shipping section to see shipping costs. 

  • And finally, make sure to review the pricing section to add your markup and decide your sale price. Remember, if you are a Super Member 5% and for Hero members, 10% discount will be applied on the cost price. 


  • Hit the SAVE THE PRODUCT button on the top right corner. 

  • Click PUBLISH NOW and start selling.
