These beautiful Cushions are available in Satin and Velvet finish with sizes from 7.9"x7.9" to 23.6"x23.6" (price varies on the sizes chosen)

All you have to do is upload a high-quality, front-facing picture of the subject you desire and we'll transform them all into huge cuddly cushions for you to do with as you wish.

What is the process for the Custom Shape Cushion?

Step 1 -  Publish this item from AOP+ APP, you may use any artwork for this one, this won't create a mock-up since this is custom every design is unique, so the image showing in the AOP will be the one the will be published to your store. Please note you can change the listing image if you have other photos of your choice.

Step 2 - Send support a message at help@aop.plus to request your store folder and provide the email address that we will give access to your store custom folder.

Step 3 - Once you received an order for this customer shape cushion in your store. You need to create the artwork for your customer and make it ready.

You may check this link for samples of photos, mock-ups, and instructions on how to create the artwork correctly to avoid delays in your order. 

A good example of mock-up is shown below, it should have a borderline or path around the image which will serve as the line for the sewing team to follow. Please check this article for the artwork guide CLICK HERE: 

Step 4 - Upload the artwork in your store folder. Create a subfolder on every order that you will receive for the custom shape, folder needs to be labeled accordingly with the order number in this way Shopify-XXXXXXXXXXX or Etsy-XXXXXXXXX so that the production team can easily find the folder for the order.

The custom shape can be printed on one side or both sides which adds beauty to this products but having a back print will add additional work for the artwork.

SCENARIO A - Front print only, you need to upload 2 artworks one for the back and another for the back with white image and same shape lines with the front print, see sample below:

SCENARIO B - Front and Back print with the same Image and has no text included in the design, you can upload one image with the label "Front and Back"

SCENARIO  C - Front and back print but with text or a different image, you need to upload both artworks and label carefully, the shape needs to be mirrored, please see samples below:

Once the artwork is ready, and the order is paid in the AOP APP, production will then received the order details and will look for the artwork in your store folders.

Artwork will be then printed to the transfer, then sublimated onto a fabric.

The printed fabrics are then cut between the lines to give them the shape of the cushion.

These 2 mirror image prints are aligned and sewn 0.5-1cm behind the inner line, finished with an invisible zip

This will then be sewn together.

 After sewing, it is filled with hollow polyester fiber

VIOLA!!! your custom-shaped cushion is ready to ship!

Unacceptable artworks for custom shapes are as follows below, this will cause delay on your order processing which will result to negative review or feedback to your store, AOP will process the orders right away when artworks are good, but otherwise we will hold the processing and contact you about the issue.

1. Low-Resolution artworks, this goes out to all artworks, not just for a custom shape, higher resolution images give better print outcome.

2. Artworks with no lines/borders, the production team could make any adjustment for your artwork and it needs to be ready before uploading in your store folder.

3. Cut artworks or photos, as shown below, we need the lines allover the image.

4. Double print but the artworks are not mirrored or have different shape.
