AOP+ Return and Refund Policy:


Thank you for choosing our company. We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. Please review our return and refund policy below:


1. Returns for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed our error will be covered at our expense.
  • To submit a problem report, please contact our customer support team.


2. Return Address:

  • The return address is set by default to our AOP+ facility.
  • If a shipment is returned to our facility and remains unclaimed after 30 days, it will be donated to charity.
  • If you choose to use an alternative return address, you will be liable for any returned shipments received.


3. Wrong Address and Unclaimed Shipments:

  • If you or your customer provide an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
  • AOP+ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or any other related costs imposed by the destination country.
  • If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or any related costs, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, customs fees, and any other charges incurred.
  • You will be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address.


4. Orders without Registered Account and Billing Method:

  • If you haven't registered an account or added a billing method, returned orders due to wrong shipping address or failure to claim the shipment won't be available for reshipping.
  • In such cases, the items will be donated to charity without issuing a refund.


5. Sealed Goods and Face Masks:

  • Sealed goods, including face masks, are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
  • Returned orders with face masks won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.


6. Returns by Customers and Size Exchanges:

  • Customers should contact you before returning any products.
  • Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer's remorse.
  • Returns or size exchanges for products and face masks are offered at your expense and discretion.
  • Customers in Brazil must contact our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item, providing a picture. Refunds are subject to evaluation.


7. Customs Fees, Duties, and Related Return Costs:

  • AOP+ is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or any other related costs imposed by the destination country.
  • If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or any related costs, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, customs fees, and any other charges incurred.
  • The original shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases.


8. Notification for EU Consumers:

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
  • AOP+ reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.


9. Governing Language:

  • This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.


10. Refund Process and Timeframe:

  • Once a return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


11. Refund Exceptions:

  • We do not offer refunds for items or orders due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction, or for custom, personalized, or manually ordered items, unless the item is found to be misprinted, damaged, or defective. 
  • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition.


12. Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  • Order cancellations are only possible if the production process has not started. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.


13. Order Updates and Changes:

  • Changes to orders, such as size or color adjustments, can only be made if the production process has not started.
  • To request an order update or change, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
