This help article will show you how to create Premium Cut And Sew Sublimation Unisex T-shirt without Production Files. If you like to do that with our production (Recommended) files please check this article.

ARTWORK PREPARATION

You need to create the artwork. You have two options. To get better results we recommend you to use our production files. If you know what are you doing, you can create your files too.

Create Your Files

Create a canvas 5315px x 7088px 150 DPI.

CREATING ARTWORKS

Using Your Files

Make sure you have created your canvas 5315px x 7088px 150 DPI.

Place your design in the middle of the canvas.
We recommend using this way if your designs are mainly pattern or solid colours.

If your design is the same on every piece of the t-shirt, you can create one file. Otherwise, create one canvas for each piece (3 files in total)

Export and save as PNG or JPEG.
You will do placement via the AOP+ app.

UPLOADING AND CREATING THE PRODUCT ON AOP+

Using Your Files

Login to AOP+ app. https://alloverprint.net/user/dashboard
Click on the COLLECTIONS on the top menu. https://alloverprint.net/collections
Click ADD YOUR IMAGE and select your first artwork.
Give a name to your collection and hit CREATE COLLECTION.

Once the upload is done, you will see your collection in the list.
Click on the collection you would like to edit.

Make sure you click Enable all products, then DISABLE to avoid the selection of unnecessary products.

In the search area, type “premium cut and sew.”
Click ENABLE, then EDIT.

Start with the FRONT panel of the t-shirt. Click the small thumbnail of your design to add that to the product generator.

From the corners, resize your artwork to fit perfectly to the guidelines.
Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)
PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product.
Make sure your artwork also covers the NECKBAND area too.
You can review the placement on the Preview area > Front on the right-hand side of the Product Generator.

Once it is done, click on the BACK tab and click to CHANGE IMAGE to upload artwork for the back panel.
If you like to use the same artwork you have used for FRONT on the BACK, click the small thumbnail of your design to add that to the product generator.
Make sure your artwork covers the product till BLEED AREA (BLACK LINE)
PRODUCTION LINE (BLUE LINE) approx shows where the fabric will be cut to make the product.
You can review the placement on the Preview area > Back on the right-hand side of the Product Generator.

Once it is done, click on the Sleeve tab and click to CHANGE IMAGE to upload artwork for the sleeves.
If you like to use the same artwork you have used for FRONT or BACK on the SLEEVES, click the small thumbnail of your design to add that to the product generator.
You can review the placement on the Preview area > Front & Back on the right-hand side of the Product Generator.

Review the size option on the Settings section. You can disable the sizes you are not willing to sell.

In the description section, you can review/edit the description and title.
Check the Shipping section to see shipping costs.
And finally, make sure to review the pricing section to add your markup and decide your sale price. Remember, if you are a Super Member 5% and for Hero members, 10% discount will be applied on the cost price.
